We use a range of re-cast centuries old moulds which are all featured in the pictures opposite. If you need something for a special occasion we may be able to source a motif specifically for it.

We can also have your very own mould carved - great for wedding favours or for a corporate event.

The traditional flavour for the Swiss biscuits is aniseed, but we also offer them in a lemon, an almond or a vanilla flavour.

The Swiss biscuits are dairy free, (but please note that they are produced in a kitchen where dairy is used in other products).
