Spring Workshop

Learn to ice animal biscuits in a small informal group allowing for plenty of teacher-student interaction.

Tuesday 6th February, 9.30am until approx 2.30pm

The workshop will be held in Wimpole, about 10 miles West of Cambridge.

A 4 hour workshop starting with the basics of how to make royal icing, how to prepare it for piping, how to make a paper piping bag and how to pipe basic shapes; once you have mastered the basics, we will move on to piping animal biscuits

You will be guided every step of the way, as there will be a maximum number of 6 participants which allows plenty of time for one on one tuition.

You need to bring your own apron, but all tools and materials will be provided; you will leave with your biscuits and comprehensive notes on how to ice, so you can carry on your practice at home.

This workshop is suitable for beginners, but a little experience with basic piping would be helpful.

A light lunch is included; we will do our best to take specific dietary requirements into account, but we may not be able to cater for all allergies/intolerances. (If you are unable to eat the lunch provided, you will not be able to claim any money off the fee for the workshop.)

Please note that we need a minimum of 3 participants for this workshop to go ahead. If we do not receive enough interest, you can switch your booking to another workshop or you can get a full refund. However, we will not be liable for any additional expense you may have incurred in connection to this workshop.
